As part of the Registration fee, we provide conference materials, small snacks during the meeting, participation in the Gala Diner and other social events.

*Participants of the symposium will have the opportunity to:

• publishing abstracts (maximum 3 pages) as Book of abstracts
• publishing a scientific article in special editions of magazines recommended by us, see the Publications tab (fees as per the publisher's requirements)

Reduced fees apply to students with an active student status at a university, and to attendees from Least Developed Countries based on the United Nations list valid in 2020 (see 2016 list here).

Registration Cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing to  icce2022@ukw.edu.pl. Refunds for registration fees are given for cancellations received before the 15 September 2022. A EUR 100 processing fee will be applied to refund requests received by the deadline given, eventual bank charges will also be deducted. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadline, nor will they be given for failure to attend any events. No refunds will be made for cancellations of on-site registrations. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, and will be processed within 30 days if the refund is approved. Please contact the congress organizer at icce2022@ukw.edu.pl regarding all cancellations.

Payment information:

When registering for the registration rate, there will be two payment options: (a) by bank transfer (b) by pay pal. The on-site payment system will be available at the registration desk (only payment by cash is available). If you want to pay by cash, please, let us know by sending short email to: icce2022@ukw.edu.pl

The final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request. Please send the request regarding final invoice to conference email.
