Visa requirements
Poland is a member state of the European Union (EU).
If you are a EU citizen you may enter Poland if you have a valid travel document (passport) or a document confirming identity and citizenship (your national ID).
If you are not a EU citizen you need to have a valid travel document (passport) and a visa (if required). Generally, you need a visa to enter Poland but some countries are free of this requirement.
Please remember that the process of obtaining a visa can take several working weeks!
Poland is also part of the Schengen Area, a zone without controls on international borders which comprises of 26 countries. You can apply for Polish visa and travel all around the Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, and non-EU states).

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates.

Invitation letter will be prepared Rector's Office. Please provide us your scientific CV, copy of passport and planned dates of arrival and leave.
